In addition to the techniques, mentioned in the previous part the martial art aikido includes two other important ones come belows:

1. Nage Waza

2. Katame Waza

Nage Waza consists of throwing techniques and skills such as various kicks and blows used for hitting the vulnerable parts of an opponent's body.

Katame Waza comprises those techniques that are performed for defending against a fighter's attacks and keeping the rival in defensive positron.

This type mainly is composed of basic combined techniques that are performed by hands for preventing the rival from hitting blows.

Its advanced techniques teach the professional aikido players to fight against the rival armed with knife or gun and also against more than one attackers.

Since aikido includes around 2,500 techniques, the main ones are referred and describe in these articles.
